Newburgh Indiana Engagement Session
From the first time I talked with Shelby I knew I just adored her! I loved the way she gushed when she talked about Augie, you could hear the smile in her voice! I eagerly counted down the days until their Newburgh, Indiana engagement session and happily headed to southern Indiana when the day arrived! Zach and I met Shelby and Augie at The Refinery (this place is so cute, you need to check it out!) and as soon as they walked in we all started sharing stories and laughing right away. We were off to a good start!
We explored the downtown Newburgh, Indiana area and stopped here and there to take photos. Newburgh sits right on the Ohio River and is so unbelievably adorable! If you’re ever in the area, you absolutely have to check it out! Shelby and Augie live in a nearby town and love visiting Newburgh, so it was really special to be able to include this place in their session! After exploring the downtown area we headed to the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife area in hopes of happening upon a sunflower field. Sadly, most of the sunflower blooms were long gone, but what we found instead was even better! Fields of tall grass and ponds were everywhere! And best of all? Shelby and Augie asked if we could do some photos in the water. Yes please!
Shelby and Augie are an incredible couple who balance one another perfectly! I cannot wait for their wedding next year at The White Chateau in Owensboro, Kentucky!
