Florence has this way of making everything feel like a dream, and this editorial elopement was no exception. With its old-world charm and timeless beauty, the city was the perfect setting for a love story that felt straight out of a classic film. From breathtaking views of the Duomo to golden light dancing on the Arno River, every moment was pure magic.

When it came time to plan Hannah and Joe’s engagement session, we couldn’t imagine telling their story anywhere other than Butler University’s beautiful Holcomb Gardens. Not only is it a quintessential fall location with its lush greenery and classic architecture, but it also holds special meaning for these two as Butler alumni. And while the day was overcast with dark skies overhead, we decided to lean in an embrace the moodier vibes, and I am so glad we did!
