Jane and Daniel’s Allison Mansion at Riverdale Wedding
She stood facing the window, light pouring in on her while her sister and mother buttoned her stunning wedding gown. A smile grew across her face as she talked about how excited she was to see her soon to be husband. In just a few minutes she’d see him, handsome in his navy suit. She rested her hands in her pockets as she swayed back and forth, excited to see the love of her life on their wedding day.
He stood with his back to her on the path in front of the church. Cool, calm and collected – a small smile danced across his face. She called his name and he turned to see her. Cars passed by on the busy street but in that moment time stood still. There she was, the love of his life – grinning ear to ear. It was their wedding day, and it was the most beautiful day of their lives so far.
Natural light poured in through the massive windows in the sanctuary, bathing Jane and Daniel’s ceremony in sunshine. They snuck glances at one another as guests sang Come, Thou Fount and smiled warmly as they said their vows before being pronounced as husband and wife! Guests lined the steps outside the church and cheered as the new husband and wife made their way down the stone steps and into married life.
The historic Allison Mansion at Riverdale was filled with not just Jane and Daniel’s loved ones, but character too. A silver and bronze chandelier from Germany greeted guests in the foyer as they entered. After dinner guests joined Daniel and Jane in the marble Atrium for dancing under the Tiffany stained glass ceiling. Laughter and incredible music filled the room. Guests noshed on wedding cake and enjoyed a signature drink in between dances!
Congratulations to Dr. and Mrs. Driver! Your wedding day was simply stunning! I hope you are enjoying San Francisco!
