Children are such a meaningful part of wedding days. They bring curiosity, honesty, and a kind of unfiltered presence that adults tend to lose along the way. I love documenting those moments fully and thoughtfully.
In your private gallery, those images are always included. The hugs, the expressions, the small interactions you may not have even noticed in real time. They’re part of the story, and they matter.
When it comes to what I share publicly, I make a different choice.
I don’t show children’s faces in my portfolio or on social media. Not because those moments aren’t beautiful, but because I believe some images belong only to the people who were there. Once a photograph lives online, it takes on a life of its own, and children don’t get to consent to that.
This boundary isn’t about fear or rules. It’s about care. It’s about choosing privacy in an industry that often prioritizes visibility. It’s a choice that feels right to me, and one I’m happy to stand by.
