Your wedding day may have flown by, but your photos are here to stay. We want to help you soak them in fully. Whether you’re opening your gallery for the very first time or coming back to it months from now, here are a few ways to make the most of your images.

1. Plan a Gallery Date Night

Before you dive in, make it special. Pick a night, order your favorite take-out, pop some bubbly, and curl up together. Relive your wedding day side by side before sharing it with anyone else. Take your time, pause where you need to, laugh at the moments you forgot, and maybe even tear up a little. This night is all about the two of you.

2. Navigate with Ease

We’ve organized your gallery into sections to make things simple:

  • Morning
  • Afternoon
  • Ceremony
  • Family
  • Cocktail Hour (Might be included in Ceremony)
  • Evening
  • Duplicates

In the Duplicates folder, you’ll see both color and black-and-white versions of select images. Not every photo will appear both ways, since that depends on how the light looked in the moment. But if there’s a duplicate, you’ll find it here.

3. Select Your Favorites

You’re set as the gallery owners using the email address you provided. Once you log in, you can favorite images using the little heart icon. If you’ve ordered an album, I’ll use your favorites as a guide. Usually 40 to 50 is the sweet spot for a well-balanced album.

4. Save Your Images

Your gallery will live safely in the cloud for one year. That said, it’s always best to download and back up your images right away so you know they’re safe.

5. Print What You Love

As the gallery owners, you can download images in high resolution (best for printing) or low resolution (best for sharing online). You’ll also see an option to order prints directly through the gallery. They’ll ship straight to your door.

If you’ve ordered an album, I’ll reach out a couple of weeks after your gallery delivery to start the design process. If you haven’t but would like to, just send us an email and we’ll get it started for you.

6. Share the Love

Once you’ve had your gallery date night and soaked everything in, feel free to share with your family and friends. Your day was full of so many meaningful moments, and these photos are ready to be celebrated by the people who love you. Your guests will also be able to purchase prints directly through the gallery if they’d like their own copies, which makes it easy for everyone to enjoy.

7. Keep in Touch

Even though your wedding day has passed, our relationship doesn’t end here. You’re now part of our Heirloom Family, which means we’ll stay in touch and be here to capture your future milestones, big or small.
