In the heart of Carmel, Indiana, lies a hidden gem that encapsulates the beauty of nature and timeless architecture – Coxhall Gardens. Nestled amidst lush greenery and tranquil ponds, this picturesque venue offers a dreamlike setting for couples seeking a serene and intimate wedding experience. Julia and Ryan’s intimate garden wedding in Carmel was simply dreamlike and Coxhall Gardens was the perfect backdrop.
Julia and Ryan knew they wanted to spend their wedding day together so they decided to share a first look prior to the ceremony. The stately willow trees on the far side of the pond provided the perfect shade for a private moment together. As the willow branches danced delicately in the wind, Ryan turned around to see his beautiful bride.
The Ceremony
Julia and Ryan’s ceremony was intimate and sweet. With a bouquet made lovingly by Julia’s mother and her father stepping in to officiate, their day was so sentimental. Ryan’s sister even smoothed Julia’s dress at the alter. I loved how they carefully wove their shared love of family through out their special day, a true testament to their values.
The Reception
As the sun sank in the sky, guests found their seats on the patio of the Coxhall Mansion. The impressive mansion sets the scene for an estate wedding in Carmel, Indiana so beautifully. The incredible Ritz Charles team prepared to serve dinner as Juli and Ryan shared their first dance. Sunlight enveloped them as they swayed creating one of the most sparkling first dances I have ever seen. It was magic!
