Chicago Navy Pier Wedding Inspiration

Over the summer I had the opportunity to spend a day up in Chicago for a Navy Pier Wedding inspired shoot. The Navy Pier has always been special to me. Chicago was the first “big” city I traveled to so it will always have a special place in my heart. I love watching the boats as the travel back and forth across Lake Michigan, creating waves behind them. The view of the skyline from Navy Pier is so beautiful and the view from the Centennial Wheel is unbelievable.

On this particular day, the city was covered in a heavy fog. In my opinion it made it more beautiful, but maybe that’s just me. After navigating through heavy Chicago traffic we made it to the pier and headed to Offshore Chicago. Offshore Chicago is a brand new bar located on top of the Navy Pier. With glass on three out of the four sides, (and a glass ceiling) it is filled with beautiful light and has the most incredible views. It is the perfect place for a cocktail or an elopement!

This inspiration shoot was put together by Lori Sapio and A Great Adventure Events. It featured several different models and was so fun to be apart of! It was featured on Chi the Wed. Check that out here!
