Exploring Boston, Massachusetts
I recently traveled to Boston, Massachusetts and of course I had my camera with me every step of the way. It was my first time visiting the shining city upon a hill, and I was delighted to find how much I loved it! This is a clean city and there were so many dogs, which I loved. It’s a great city to explore on foot, which is exactly what I did! I love nineties sitcoms, so a stop at the Cheers bar was a must! Right across the street from the Cheers bar is Boston Public Garden.
Boston Public Garden was one of my favorite parts of the city. The breeze blows the willow trees and you can sit for hours watching the duck boats go by on the pond. The sound of musicians playing floats across the park and there is an overwhelming feeling of peacefulness. After taking a break on a park bench next up was Citrus and Salt, a charming Mexican restaurant near Copley Plaza. Talk about adorable! Another stop was to Tatte, a cute little coffee shop that also offered pastries and parfaits.
Before leaving the East Coast, we also checked out Salem, Massachusetts. This small town with a dark past was interesting to see, and I recommend going if you’re interested in history like I am!
