As a midwest wedding photographer, I have been privileged to witness countless love stories unfold in front of my lens. Each couple brings their own unique energy and style to their special day, and Amelie and Michael were no exception. Their Indiana State House elopement was a celebration of love, elegance, and the beauty of simplicity.
The decision to elope at the Indiana State House was a reflection of their desire for a small, meaningful ceremony. Because of this, their day was beautifully intimate. Surrounded by the grandeur of the historic building, Amelie and Michael exchanged vows in a timeless ceremony. Their only guests were their parents, myself and their wonderful officiant, Victoria with Marry Me Indy.
One of the highlights of the day was exploring the stunning architecture of the State House for their portraits.
