Wedding Transportation

One of the most easily overlooked details when it comes to wedding planning is wedding transportation. Most often, couples don’t think about how they will be getting around on the day of their wedding until a few weeks prior. But by that time, most of the best choices are long booked up. So when should you be booking your wedding transportation?

My best advice is to consider booking your transportation service between four and six months prior to your wedding. By this time, you should have your date, venue(s) and bridal party size determined. This will allow you to estimate how long you’ll need transportation for on the big day as well as how many people will be riding along and secure your preferred vehicle so you don’t have to stress.

So why should you hire transportation instead of relying on everyone to drive themselves? Well, for starters having a reliable method of transportation will allow you to stress less! Relax, sit back with you friends and pop the bubbly! All while being whisked about town by a safe and skilled driver. Another reason? Safety. You want this to be your best day ever, and keeping everyone in your bridal party safe plays a big part in that! And finally, it’s just so much more organized if your bridal party is all on in one spot! And organization leads to breezing through your wedding day – and who doesn’t want that?

There are several trolley’s in the Indianapolis are that are fabulous. Club Car Limousine and Trolley in Fort Wayne are great if you’re up that way. Finally, Antique Limousine in Indianapolis is a wonderful choice if you want a classic get away car!

It’s good to know that you should book transportation services 4 months before your wedding. My sister’s wedding will be in the winter, and she was talking about how she wants to book everything at the right time. I’ll pass this information along to her so that she can start looking for a transportation service to hire.
